Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty covers essential mechanical and electrical components of the vehicle, as specified in the warranty agreement. This includes repairs required due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Duration:

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or up to 12,000 miles driven, whichever comes first. It is non-transferable and applies solely to the original buyer.

Coverage Limitations:

  • Routine maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and similar services are not included.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, inadequate maintenance, modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
  • Wear-and-tear items like brake pads, tires, windshield wipers, bulbs, and belts are excluded.
  • Any modifications made by the customer or third parties will void the warranty.
  • Vehicles used for commercial purposes, racing, off-roading, or any activities beyond the manufacturer’s specifications are excluded from coverage.

Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim, report any mechanical or electrical issues directly to Valley Auto Sales. The vehicle must be brought to our authorized service center for diagnosis and repairs. All warranty repairs must be performed by authorized technicians at our service center or approved service providers, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before approving any warranty claims. Unauthorized repairs or modifications without prior written approval will void the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by accidents, floods, natural disasters, fire, theft, vandalism, or events beyond our control.
  • Damage due to improper maintenance, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Subsequent damage resulting from failures covered under the warranty.
  • Costs related to towing, rental vehicles, or alternative transportation are not covered.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts, at our discretion. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the vehicle.

Our 12-Day Trial Period:

  • The trial period begins on the date of purchase or the date of vehicle delivery, if applicable.
  • During the 12-day period, you can test and evaluate the vehicle.
  • If unsatisfied, you may return the vehicle to Valley Auto Sales within 12 days of purchase.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the time of purchase. Any damages or excessive mileage may result in fees or deductions from the original purchase price.
  • To initiate the return process, contact our customer service department within the trial period. We will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.
